As you are aware, Advanced Commercial Pool and Spa was the successful bidder for the procurement and installation of an aquatic lift at Gus Ryder Pool and Spa. I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with Advanced Commercial Pool and Spa, and in particular, Mr. Brad Bryson.

I have worked with various vendors for the past four years and I was impressed with Brad’s professionalism and tenacity. The supplier presented challenges, however, Brad maintained excellent communication throughout, and consistently followed up with schedules and dates. His forethought in installing the anchor as soon as it was available helped expedite the installation once the arm was delivered. My expectations were surpassed when Brad reproached the supplier about additional fees for shipping; many vendors would have merely attempted to bill for extras. Brad refuted the additional shipping fees, and assisted in maintaining our budget for this project.

Furthermore, Brad understood us as a client. He understood that not having a working lift was hindering our ability to service our community. I appreciated that Brad took the time to regularly connect with not just myself, but also with the on-site Recreation Programmer and the Area Recreation Supervisor. This was important because staff were able to provide status updates to program participants and residents while they awaited the installation of new lift.

Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Advanced Commercial Pool and Spa. Thank you for your hard work.
